How is an AI agent different from a regular chatbot?

How long does implementation take?

What makes up the price?
A one-off build fee (scenarios, integrations, knowledge base) plus a monthly care plan. Model usage is billed at cost — typically €30–400 per month. We show the estimate upfront and keep optimising it.
Which AI models do you use?
Whatever fits the job: GPT, Claude, Gemini and open-source models such as Llama, Qwen or Mistral. The architecture is vendor-neutral, so the model can be swapped without rebuilding the solution.
