What we collect
Your name, a contact (email, phone or messenger), company name and the request text you submit in the form. Technical data such as IP address and browser details, used for spam protection.
Why
To answer your request, prepare a proposal and perform a contract. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
No longer than needed for these purposes, and no more than 3 years after our last contact unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable law you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the email in our contacts, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
AI and client data
In projects we anonymise personal data before it reaches language models and, on request, use models deployed in the client’s own infrastructure.
