How is an AI agent different from a regular chatbot?
A chatbot follows a rigid button script. An AI agent understands free-form language, relies on your knowledge base, can take actions such as creating a CRM deal, checking stock or booking a meeting, and hands the conversation to a human when needed.
How long does implementation take?
An audit takes 5 business days. A first AI agent goes live in 2–4 weeks. Broader workflow automation takes 4–8 weeks, custom ERP/CRM systems from 2 months. We ship in stages so you see value in the first month.
What makes up the price?
A one-off build fee (scenarios, integrations, knowledge base) plus a monthly care plan. Model usage is billed at cost — typically €30–400 per month. We show the estimate upfront and keep optimising it.
How do you protect company data?
We work under NDA, choose models that meet GDPR and your policies, anonymise personal data before it reaches a model, and can deploy open-source models in your own infrastructure so data never leaves it.
Which AI models do you use?
